What to include
- Material: sheet / tube type, weave (e.g. 3K twill), finish (matte or gloss), single/double-sided if applicable
- Size: sheet dimensions or tube OD / ID / length
- Thickness (sheet) or OD / ID (tube)
- Quantity and target lead time or required ship date
- Tolerance: clearly mark critical dimensions
Files for CNC cutting / machining
- 3D: STEP (.stp / .step) preferred; IGES acceptable
- 2D: DXF / DWG for profiles; PDF for notes, dimensions, and callouts
- If appearance matters, include a reference photo or specify finish requirements

Lead Time & Shipping
- Lead time depends on stock availability, thickness / OD, and machining complexity.
- Shipping options include express couriers (DHL / UPS / FedEx) and other methods upon request.
