Carbon fiber refers to a high-strength and high-modulus fiber with a carbon content of more than 90%. It is made by cracking and carbonizing organic fibers (viscose-based, pitch-based, polyacrylonitrile-based fiber, etc.) in a high-temperature environment. High-performance carbon fiber has excellent properties that are irreplaceable by a series of other materials, such as light weight, high strength, high modulus, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, erosion resistance and sputtering resistance, and good designability and compoundability. It is a rocket, Satellites, missiles, fighter jets, ships and other sophisticated weapons and equipment are indispensable strategic emerging materials.

Solid carbon fiber sheets and plates are more commonly used because of their strength and rigidity. Combine multiple laminates to achieve this strength. We use different layup orientations, including orthotropic (0°/90° twill weave direction) and quasi-isotropic (0°/90°/45° twill weave direction). They can be made of dry carbon fiber and resin, or they can be made of prepregs usually cured under temperature and pressure.

Carbon fiber is an abbreviation for carbon fiber-reinforced composite material. Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer refers to as CFRP.

Yes. We can pack your order according to your requirement.

Sure. Please email us the drawings in dxf or dwg with qty, thickness of each parts and note some detailed requirements on the drawing. Normally we can send a quote within 24 hours.

Yes. Normally we will check the drawings and decide the MOQ. We’ll try to help.

Flexible arbon plate is usually glued to another material and is generally used for appearance. When looking for the most beautiful finish to show the carbon fiber and texture clearly, a 0.2-0.5mm thin carbon plate is a good choice.

Depends on order volume. Normally lead time takes 10-15 working days.

Carbon fiber is an abbreviation for carbon fiber-reinforced composite material. Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer refers to as CFRP. The molding process of carbon fiber reinforced composite materials is mainly divided into molding, curing, and demolding. The price of parts and components processed from carbon fiber-reinforced composite materials are costly because the material cost and process cost are relatively high.
