Carbon fiber block (also referred to as a CFRP billet) describes a solid composite form intended for subtractive CNC machining, rather than thin sheets or panels. This material form is selected when parts require sufficient machining allowance, stable internal structure, and controlled surface quality.
Our carbon fiber blocks are commonly used for precision-machined components such as knife handles and watch cases. We supply both laminated carbon fiber blocks (multi-ply consolidated billets) and forged carbon fiber billets (random marbled texture), with specifications confirmed prior to production.
If you are evaluating carbon fiber blocks for CNC machining, share your drawings or requirements with our team for a technical review.
Classic woven laminate structures selected for parts requiring a directional fiber appearance and controlled surface aesthetics.
Random forged textures offering a non-directional, high-end visual effect. Each billet has a unique pattern; exact visual repetition is inherently limited.
Colored appearances achieved through specialized surface or fiber treatments. Available colors include black, red, blue, gold, silver, purple, and custom options.
